Yes you can, and there is no fee to do so. You'll get an invitation via email once you book and there will be a reschedule and canceling link you can use. (We need at least 2 hours to cancel or move the booking).

Yes please, the more people refill the less plastic out there.

No, you just book us on a date that suits you and then worry about what you need later! Ideally, have a look at our menu a couple days before Refill Day so you can sort our your containers, but you can also decide on the spot! 

Not to worry! We always carry compostable paper bags with us for dry products and glass jars you can take with you (and even return).

No, they don't need to be empty. We'll weigh your containers as is and deduct that (with our scale) from the total so you only pay from the weight you get from us.
