Yes you can, and there is no fee to do so. You'll get an invitation via email once you book and there will be a reschedule and canceling link you can use. (We need at least 2 hours to cancel or move the booking).

Yes please, the more people refill the less plastic out there.

No, you just book us on a date that suits you and then worry about what you need later! Ideally, have a look at our product range a couple days before Refill Day so you can sort our your containers, but you can also decide on the spot!

Not to worry! We always carry compostable paper bags with us for dry products and glass jars you can take with you (and even return).

No, they don't need to be empty. We'll weigh your containers as is and deduct that (with our scale) from the total so you only pay from the weight you get from us.

Absolutely! This is what we are all about, offering you with plastic-free alternatives to your usual plastic packaged products. We try to avoid overall packaging items where possible, however when not possible the packaging will always be sustainable.

All of our liquids are packed in our glass bottles that we encourage you to return once you have finished your goods. You can place them at your doorstep on your next delivery and we will provide you with a credit for every glass bottle returned.

Online orders can be delivered as early as the next day (except for Saturdays). Once you place an order, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to book in a delivery slot for a time and day that works for you. If none of these times works for you, please contact us at hello@precyclepantry.com.au to work out a solution.

Regeneration of our natural systems. By ordering Precycle Pantry products you will be replacing your usual plastic packaged products for zero waste products. If you ordered products that came in glass bottles or a repurposed bottle, we encourage you to return the empties on your next order. We will then be cleaning them thoroughly and reusing them for our next orders. Voilà! Welcome to our local circular economy system!
